Balancing competing priorities has become second nature, having been constantly employed in deadline driven roles where measures of success include quality and delivery.
If a process is broken, I will try to fix it by reviewing and improving the workflow and output without a reduction in quality. I aim to increase efficiency and productivity while taking into account the human aspects – change has to be managed to be successful.
